Build My Board of Directors

Research every board member in depth and build the modeled roster of your boardroom.

One research process per memberCommittees, chairs, and seatsAI literacy per memberFeeds Ask the Board

A deep, cited research build of your board of directors, one member at a time. The skill identifies every member from proxy statements, governance pages, and press, then runs parallel research processes, one per member, covering their full background: jobs, past titles, seniority levels, schools, skills, demographics, age with its basis, psychographics, and everything they have published or appeared in, from articles and Medium posts to videos, podcasts, and LinkedIn. It captures each seat completely: committees and roles, chair of the board, lead director, internal or external, independent or observer, and every other board they serve on. Then you complete the picture member by member: their AI literacy (the skill proposes a score with evidence first), how they show up in the room, and anything else worth modeling. Every researched fact is cited; everything you add is marked as yours.

  • Identify every board member with sources, and confirm the list before any deep research begins.
  • Parallel deep research, one process per member: background, demographics, psychographics, publications and media, and the full seat data.
  • Complete the picture per member: AI literacy, the in-the-room read, and anything else worth modeling.
  • Deliver the canonical roster JSON, the one-row-per-member spreadsheet, and the branded board composition page.

You provide
