The bridge from analysis to workforce. This skill reads the AIDE Opportunities Audit's prioritized matrix, filters to the opportunities where an AI agent would actually do the work, and ranks them by deep assessment results, priority score, and band. For each opportunity you select, it works the complete Agent Role Definition worksheet at speed: because the audit already knows the function, the impact rationale, and the risk score, every section arrives drafted for you to confirm or edit rather than answer blank. Goal in one outcome-shaped sentence, the never list sized to the risk, your own tools pruned to minimum necessary, guardrails as numbers, named escalations, memory records, quality and safety metrics, and an action log destination. Each agent becomes a ready-to-paste creation prompt, and the set becomes a deployment roster with waves mapped from the audit's bands, one named owner per agent, and the top guardrail beside each name.
- Find the audit output and confirm it: the opportunity matrix's data island, the Excel index, or your pasted top opportunities.
- Rank the agentic shortlist and pick your set: the top 3 by default, top 5, or a custom selection.
- Define each agent through the drafted worksheet: confirm or edit every section, then the read-back and the assembled creation prompt.
- Receive the deployment roster with waves, owners, and guardrails, walk the Console creation steps, and route every prompt to the Agent Definition Review.
