What a Plugin Is
The skills in this collection each install as one skill with one slash command. A plugin is the bigger unit: it can carry its own team of agents (specialist roles Claude can delegate to), its own commands, and one or more skills, all installed together. The 30-Minute HR Organizational Redesign ships 4 agents, 0 commands, and one skill as a single install. Because agents and commands are Claude Code concepts, the full plugin runs in Claude Code (terminal or the desktop app's coding surface); installation is documented below, surface by surface.
The sibling of The 30-Minute Agentification, built for a workshop full of people who have never built an agent. It researches nothing live: company briefings are on file, each backed by a full research dossier, so the room never waits. It asks the participant's name, company, and title, proposes processes that are genuinely theirs, and lets them choose one. It maps that process step by step, calls each step a rule or a judgment, builds the map of people and agents with one named human accountable for every agent, writes and presents the full Agent Role Definition for each, stands the company's systems up as spreadsheets, and runs one agent live so the participant watches cells change. Every term is explained in plain language before it is used.
What Ships Inside
Agents (4)
Specialist roles installed as subagent types. Claude delegates to them by name while the plugin works.
Builds the map of people and agents for the chosen process, placing the carbon nodes for every judgment step before any agent is defined, then the silicon nodes for the rule steps. Names exactly one accountable human per agent, writes the grants with a justification on each, and keeps the map to three to five agents so a room can hold it. Runs at stage 5 of the HR organizational redesign session.
Proposes five or six processes at the participant's own company for them to choose from, built from the briefing already on file plus their job title, never from live research. Each proposal is one line, specific enough that the participant recognizes it as theirs, and named in the vocabulary their company actually uses. Runs at stage 3 of the HR organizational redesign session.
Writes one complete eight-section Agent Role Definition per invocation, in language a participant with no technical background can read aloud and defend. Produces goal, never list, tools, guardrails, escalation to a named human, memory, success and action log, plus the authority level and the short program the runner executes against the workbooks. Runs once per agent at stage 6 of the HR organizational redesign session.
Breaks the chosen process into five to eight steps in the participant's own vocabulary, names who does each one today, and calls each step a rule or a judgment with one plain sentence of reasoning a participant could repeat back correctly. Marks every step reversible or not, because an irreversible step keeps a named person on it whatever its nature. Runs at stage 4 of the HR organizational redesign session.

How to Install
Plugins install differently from skills, and differently by surface. The short version: Claude Code gets everything; chat surfaces get the skill without the agent team.
