The all-in-one plugin installs them as a single plugin in one upload; the marketplace installs them as individually manageable Claude Code plugins. The skills detect one another, so work produced by one becomes context for the next.

The marketplace additionally carries 3 full plugins. Each ships specialist agents of its own, so it installs as a plugin rather than a single skill: add it from the marketplace zip, or upload its standalone plugin zip on claude.ai or the desktop app.

Where do you use Claude?
Pick one. The download differs by surface: claude.ai and the desktop app accept a single plugin per zip, so they take the all-in-one plugin, while Claude Code in the terminal takes the full marketplace. Uploading the marketplace zip to the app fails validation by design.
