What a Plugin Is

The skills in this collection each install as one skill with one slash command. A plugin is the bigger unit: it can carry its own team of agents (specialist roles Claude can delegate to), its own commands, and one or more skills, all installed together. Agent Architecture Map ships 8 agents, one command, and one skill as a single install. Because agents and commands are Claude Code concepts, the full plugin runs in Claude Code (terminal or the desktop app's coding surface); installation is documented below, surface by surface.

A full plugin, not a single skill: eight specialist agents ship inside it and build the architecture together. It designs a multi-agent architecture for any business process and renders it as an interactive page in the No One Works Here design system: human reporting nodes and AI agents in one network, orchestrators, sub-agents, and parallel fan-outs, the tools each agent may touch and the memory stores it may read or write, every permission least-privilege with a written justification you can read on hover. A second view carries the reporting lines: RACI between every person and every agent, plus who owns each agent's expenses and who owns the operating cost of its inference. Run it generic for the reference skeleton, or give it a company and a use case: it researches the organization deeply and maps several materially different ways the use case could come to life, and a validator refuses any map that cannot be defended.

What Ships Inside

Agents (8)

Specialist roles installed as subagent types. Claude delegates to them by name while the plugin works.

agent-role-definer

Writes one complete Agent Role Definition for a single proposed node, using Paul Cheek's eight-section worksheet. Produces goal, never list, guardrails as numbers, named escalation, memory, metrics, and action log, plus the justification for the node existing at all. Defines one node per invocation so each gets full attention.

architecture-critic

Adversarial review of a finished architecture before it is rendered. Ranks the six layers strictly one to six, audits every action the agents can take against their human relationship, verifies the never lists are enforced rather than wished, and rules on whether this should be one agent or a team. Assumes the architecture is wrong and tries to show it.

company-researcher

Deep research on a named organization before its architecture is designed. Establishes what it does, how it makes money, its systems of record, its regulatory constraints, its recent AI posture, and where the named use case would actually sit. Every finding carries a source. Never invents facts to fill a gap.

human-loop-designer

Places the people and draws the reporting lines. Decides which humans appear as carbon nodes, assigns RACI between every person and every agent, names who owns each agent's expenses and who owns its inference cost, sets approval gates, and routes escalations to named individuals. Enforces one accountable person per agent and a named budget owner for both cost lines.

memory-architect

Designs the memory layer. Decides what persists between runs, at what scope, for how long, and who may read or write it. Distinguishes working state from institutional memory, and keeps shared reads cheap while making shared writes a deliberate decision.

process-cartographer

Decomposes a business process or workflow into steps, decision points, handoffs, waiting time, and the systems each step touches. Produces the work breakdown every other agent builds against, and the as-is all-human baseline the finished architecture is measured against. Does not design agents or assign tools.

tool-privilege-auditor

Owns the grants. Builds the tool, memory, and budget inventory, assigns every agent-to-resource edge a level on the read/draft/write/commit ladder (owns/draws for budgets), writes the justification and the concrete actions for each, and cuts every edge nobody can defend. Enforces least privilege as a deletion exercise, not a labeling one.

variant-explorer

Maps the possibility space for a use case rather than jumping to one answer. Produces several complete, materially different architectures for the same outcome, each with what it buys and what it gives up, so the choice is made deliberately instead of by default.

How to Install

Plugins install differently from skills, and differently by surface. The short version: Claude Code gets everything; chat surfaces get the skill without the agent team.

Claude Code (terminal or desktop app): the full plugin

  1. Download the marketplace zip from the marketplace page and unzip it anywhere you keep tools.
  2. Add the marketplace once: claude plugin marketplace add /path/to/cheek-exec-ai-skills-marketplace
  3. Install the plugin: claude plugin install agent-architecture-map@cheek-exec-ai-skills
  4. Restart Claude Code. The command, the skill, and all 8 agents are installed together.

claude.ai and the desktop app's chats: the skill only

  1. Download the standalone plugin zip below. Keep it zipped.
  2. Open Settings, then Capabilities, and upload the zip as a plugin.
  3. The embedded skill installs and works in chats. The agent team and the command are Claude Code features and stay dormant on chat surfaces; the skill compensates by running its process in one conversation.

How to use this plugin

Once installed, start a new conversation and paste this prompt. Edit the bracketed parts to fit.
