This skill mines them, then runs parallel deep research on each person: career, background, psychographics, everything they have published or appeared in, plus their company and the documented relationship, the products used, the use case, the quoted results. You confirm each panelist, correct the relationship health read, and add what only you know. No composite personas: a panelist exists only if a public source names them.
